School clubs
The Musical club. Since I thought ‘even here there’s a place where I can sing and dance to my favorite Takarazuka and Four Seasons shows!’
Motivation for taking the TMS entrance exam
When I saw the 2003 Star Troupe show A Song For Kingdoms, my heart was totally captured by Takarazuka, and my family ended up such huge fans of Takarazuka that our conversations became completely “Takarazuka-ized”, so I couldn’t think of anything besides Takarazuka.
Memories of your debut
I sang the “Pure, Proper, Beautiful” solo, and I was in the 102-person rockette, so while I was nervous every day, but in the parade the audience and the seniors of Star Troupe always welcomed us warmly and I couldn’t help crying, so that left such an impression with me.
A role that had a deep impression on you
Rudolf (child version) in Elisabeth: Rondo of Love and Death. I was able to sing together with Tamaki (Ryou)-san, just the two of us, in the huge space of the Grand Theatre, and she taught me so much about acting and being a stage performer, so it’s a role I’ll treasure all my life.
Senior actresses you admire
Asumi Rio-san, Akatsuki Chisei-san, Hanabusa Kaoto-san. I admired Asumi-san ever since I first saw Takarazuka. I love her sensitivity and how her performances pull you in so much you forget to even breath. Akatsuki-san and Hanabusa-san
Your dream as a performer
The stage is a space for dreams. My goal is to become a performer who can also send dreams from the Takarazuka stage.
