Something you’re into offstage: I love watching foreign dramas.
“With a fire in my heart”
First Takarazuka show
I saw a DVD of the 2011 Phantom.
School clubs
I was in the musical theatre club. One of my classmates invited me to join, and this led to my first encounter with Takarazuka.
Motivation for taking the TMS entrance exam
I felt that there wasn’t any other stage where you could stir the audience more emotionally.
Memories from your debut
All 40 of us became one unit and rehearsed with all our strength and all our spirit from morning to night.
A role that had a deep impression on you
Zhenzhen from Heir of Basara. It was my first full-show role with lines, and I was able to experience what it’s like to ‘live as a character’.
Senior actresses you admire
Ranju Tomu. I admire her warmth and generous atmosphere as an otokoyaku.
Your dream as a performer
I want to be a performer who can portray a character’s full range of emotions in a way the audience will feel themselves, and also, someone they can sense courage from.
