In That’s RanKING!, the Kageki Top Star Q&A feature that ran from 2015-2017 with some variation, the Top Stars rank each other based on various questions. This month’s question: Who is the most outdoorsy?

For the 2015 monthly column, each Top Star will rank the others according to this month’s theme, with their opinions and anecdotes! They earn 10 points for 1st place, 5 points for 2nd place, and 1 point for 2rd place. Please enjoy the different answers and stories from all 5 stars.

Q: Who is the most outdoorsy?
1 – Yuzuki Reon
2 – Ryuu Masaki, Sagiri Seina
Snow Troupe – Sagiri Seina
First place is Chie-san (Yuzuki). She just has that really strong feeling, like she could get along outside. Maa-kun (Asaka) always seems so energetic, so maybe she’s 2nd place after Chie-san. Masao (Ryuu) is 3rd place, since I hear she’ll do active things even on days off. I was outdoorsy when I was a kid, but I turned into an indoors person when I grew up. I want to preserve my energy on days off, so I’ll relax inside at home. Mirio-chan (Asumi) I can’t see as anything but 5th place. I’m just thinking ‘If possible please be an indoors person’ (laughs).
Star Troupe – Yuzuki Reon
1st place is Chigi-chan (Sagiri), maybe. I feel like I’m always putting Chigi-chan in the top places in these things…I’m a total fangirl now (laughs). Although I do seriously consider the questions (laughs). I think 2nd place is Masao. I feel like she likes outdoor events. I can picture her saying ‘I want to do a barbecue or flower viewing or something!’ (laughs). 3rd place is Maa-kun. She’ll go along if someone is doing some kind of event. I’m 4th place, and Mirio-chan is 5th. She just seems really indoorsy.
Flower Troupe – Asumi Rio
She talks a lot about how she goes driving, so 1st is Maa-sama (Asaka). Chigi-san seems like she’d say ‘I just want to get a big breath of nature!’ so she’s 2nd, and Chie-san looks like she’d fit right in at a barbecue so she’s 3rd (laughs). I’m an indoors person, so if I don’t have anything I need to do I’ll stay at home and read my scripts, or cook, or arrange flowers… And then I’ll be like ‘Yes! I love my life!’ (laughs). But if I am going out, even if it’s the day after a closing performance, I’ll be totally OUTDOORS all day!
Moon Troupe – Ryuu Masaki
This is just my personal image, but maybe Chie-san is 1st place. And then…actually, surprisingly enough, maybe it’s me…? A while back Chie-san was telling me about how much she loved islands in the South Seas, and she totally does have that aesthetic of someone who loves soaking up the sun! I also really do love going out all the time on days off, you know (laughs). 3rd place is Chigi-chan, and 4th place maybe Mirio. I’m totally just imagining this with Maa-kun, but she’s so pale, she doesn’t seem like she goes outside very much.
Cosmos Troupe – Asaka Manato
1st place is Yuzuki-san! She seems like on days off she’s always dashing about all over doing so many things (laughs). 2nd place is a tie between Ryuu-san and Chigi-san! Asumi-san is an indoors person for sure (laughs). Ryuu-san seems like she’d go on drives for shopping, and Chigi-san would go driving all over, I think. I like going places if I have a long break, but normally I’m an indoors person so I’d rather stay at home. It’s not like I don’t like barbecues or anything. But…I’m here at the bottom of the scale with Mirio-san (laughs).

Chigi’s last word on days off: she wants to stay at home. “I love my house (laughs).”
After her interview, when informed she took top place in the previous person’s report…
“Oh, really? I’m sorry, uh…that concept of me is kind of…yeah…that’s unfortunate! (laughs)”
