Backstage Journal – Haruno Sakura (Dark Brown Eyes/VIVA! FESTA! in HAKATA)

Backstage Journal is a short Kageki feature where very young cast members write anecdotes about what’s going on behind the scenes of the productions. They’re not very deep, being full of emojis and more like blog entries than articles, but they are a good way to get to know the newest actresses in each troupe.

This one is by Cosmos Troupe member Haruno Sakura (of the 102nd Class) and was published in the April 2019 issue.

Mizu Natsuki Farewell Roundtable

For her retirement issue of GRAPH in September 2010, Mizu Natsuki held a roundtable talk with every single otokoyaku who had performed one of her roles in a junior lead production.

The 5 otokoyaku participating are Saou Kurama, Daigo Seshiru (pre musumeyaku switch), Renjou Makoto, Karyou Shizuru, and Ayakaze Sakina.

Voyage with You – Snow Troupe (Ayakaze Sakina and Asazuki Kiwa)

Voyage With You was a Kageki photoshoot and interview feature where the Top Combi picked a destination and time period for a photoshoot, as well as having a talk about the location and related Takarazuka shows. Ayakaze and Asazuki picked 1950s Italy for their feature, which was published in the February issue.
