Takarazuka Revue Cosmos Troupe – Anon Yuusei in first junior performance lead \u201cI was moved by the audience\u2019s applause\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The junior performance for the Takarazuka Revue Cosmos Troupe Production Sherlock Holmes: The Game is Afoot!<\/em> Took place on the 20th in the Takarazuka Grand Theatre, Hyogo Prefecture. The lead, Anon Yuusei, is a member of the 103rd class, and the heroine, Yamabuki Hibari, is a member of the 105th class. They are the first members of their classes to have an [otokoyaku] lead and heroine role, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anon is tall at 173 cm, and her figure shone onstage. She seemed comfortable onstage playing Sherlock Holmes, yet looking back on the performance she said \u201cI was actually super-duper nervous (laughs). I was worrying about how I had to lead everyone from the center and such.\u201d However, the main cast Top Star Makaze Suzuho advised her \u201cYou should just live as the character.\u201d She also revealed that at times when she was thinking about how she wanted to be more like Makaze, she kindly suggested \u201cYou should be Anon\u2019s Holmes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was Anon\u2019s first time acting in center stage, and she said \u201cI was moved by the audience\u2019s applause.\u201d But on the other hand, \u201cAs I was acting and moving, I\u2019d end up going back to my non-otokoyaku self. I want to develop a big-hearted aura that can envelop Yamabuki even more,\u201d she reflected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yamabuki, who played the heroine Irene, also received encouragement from main cast Top Musumeyaku Jun Hana. \u201cIrene is a strong woman. If you can live as the character, Irene will help you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Irene inside me is still so small. I want her to be a life-sized Irene by the Tokyo [junior] performance,\u201d Yamabuki said, expressing her ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
