This photo and essay book was written by Moon Troupe Top Star Sena Jun and published during promotions for the 2008 show ME AND MY GIRL<\/em>, where Top Musumeyaku Ayano Kanami retired. It\u2019s very charming and occasionally emotional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some chapters are very short, or contain only pictures, and thus are combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The book also featured dual Japanese and English chapter titles, which were not always the same. Where these differ, both are included, with the translation of the Japanese title following in brackets. (For example, Chapter 8 is That time [The era of Asa and Osako]<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

022. Supergirl [Super Musumeyaku]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One day, a photo was put up of a troupe banquet.
While everyone was staring at it saying \u2018look at this, look at that\u2019,
There was one person who caught everyone\u2019s eye.
That person was shown in the moment of thoughtfulness towards Ms. Kiriya, on the very edge of the photograph, grabbing her shoulder and saying \u201cYou won\u2019t end up in the picture, come more this way!\u201d
So cool.
Ms. Kiriya was smiling innocently like a little Ken-1.
And that person was the Super Musumeyaku, Ayano Kanami.
From that day on, that Super Musumeyaku started to be known as Ayano-senpai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During rehearsals, Ayano-senpai watches over the other girls from the troupe in the center of the room with a smile.
When we go out to eat, she divides up the portions for everyone.
\u2026She\u2019s just like a mother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love seeing this side of Ayano-senpai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ayano-senpai\u2019s smile makes me happy.
Her smile that I especially like (though I love her huge full-face smile too)
Is when she smiles with a little bit of a pout.
I\u2019ll randomly tease her because I want to see that smile.
\u2026Are you a boy in elementary school?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ll definitely be like this until the end\u2026
So like, until I\u2019m a little old granny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m so grateful to the miracle
That allowed me to meet Ayano-senpai.
Or rather, this beloved person named Mihoko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
