Ren Tsukasa – Moon Troupe<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n My most recent hobby is buying cut flowers from my neighborhood flower shop and using them to decorate. Right now I’ve decorated with Chinese Peonies. Ichinose Kouki – Flower Troupe<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n Hana (Yuuki)-chan is retiring, so recently all of us classmates have been reviewing the past while looking at our photos, or playing around by using photo apps to see who we look like\u2026those moments are so fun. Agata Sen – Snow Troupe<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n Right now, I’m in rehearsals for The Man Who Was Magic, where I play a doggie, but I’ve never owned one, so I’m trying to learn by watching all kinds of doggies. I’ll observe doggies I see getting walked, if there’s a program on TV with doggies I’ll watch it, and my seniors are kind enough to send me videos of their own pets. Maisora Hitomi – Star Troupe<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n Right now I’ve gotten into olive oil. What’s fun about it is that the flavor and fragrance changes depending where it was produced, and there are specialty stores, so it feels really deep. It turns up in my breakfast every day lately–I’ll put it on bread, or put it on vegetables with salt, all kinds of things like that (laughs). Right now the one I’m using the most is one made using the most careflly selected olives from last year’s fresh crop. It smells so nice, the color is so vivid, and it feels like it doesn’t have anything unnecessary in it. I also like how thick it is. Depending what kind you use, different ingredients go with it, so it gets more and more interesting as I research. It’s so fun to ask the shop staff things like “Do you have any flowers you’d recommend?” before buying.
Also, I’m going to the butcher shop nearby and buying delicious meat to cook with. It’s so relaxing.
Also, right now, as a reward for making it through each day, after the show ends I’ll have an ice cream at home. This is something I got into together with Yumena (Rune)-san. This is really recent, we’re talking about 3 days ago (laughs). I bought a box of Pino and Parm [ice cream desserts]. Ice cream is something that cures all my exhaustion. Those moments are just pure bliss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of performing, recently I’m in a lot of dance scenes, so I’m studying night after night by watching videos of Maya Miki and other historical Flower Troupe otokoyaku. I want to get to the point where I’m not just dancing but dancing as an otokoyaku, and full of feeling. Watching the videos makes me so excited I can’t sleep, and if I stay up all night I’ll lose my strength and won’t be able to dance, so I’m keeping it to small doses\u2026but I’m having fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wake up really early in the morning, so I tend to watch a lot of movies in the morning, and right now I’m watching nothing but doggie movies. Most animal stories are tearjerkers, so sometimes I’ll end up with my eyes swollen since I was crying first thing in the morning (laughs). So you can see my head is full of doggies recently! (laughs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
