After all, I love acting on stage. Therefore, I\u2019d love to keep acting forever, but not just to satisfy myself, but I\u2019d want to make the audience enjoy themself. But of course it would be impossible to make everyone like me, so I want to keep acting so that maybe 80 out of every 100 people enjoy themselves, and for the last 20, even if it\u2019s just \u2018I didn\u2019t really like that\u2019 at least something sticks with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019d like to go to space. Sometimes I\u2019ll think about science-fiction type stuff, like what if there was another planet out in space just like earth, and if they looked back at us our civilization would seem as if it hadn\u2019t advanced at all. After 100 years I think technology would have developed a lot, so I\u2019d like to go to space and investigate if there were other life forms like humans out there somewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The moment when I step out from the wings and stand in front of the audience, I think. Although when I get to the green room and start putting my makeup on I start getting more into it, and then when the buzzer for the start of the performance goes off the switch turns on, I think after all it only goes to 100% once I\u2019m out on stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m probably in the Top 100 of People Who Spend Time Admiring Watches. I really love watches, actually. Even if they\u2019re not expensive, I really like ones with a good design, so I\u2019ll spend a lot of time at home polishing watches and laying them out in a pretty display (laughs). If I see a new watch in a watch magazine, I also like researching the company or the person who made it. The watch I\u2019m wearing today is one I bought as a birthday for myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even though so many things would change over 100 years, I\u2019m sure the core of Takarazuka will never change. I hope that 100 years in the future it\u2019s still a theatre that draws people into a world of dreams and makes them fall in love, and I think it will be, so I hope you all will still love Takarazuka. Also, I want you to keep on talking about how wonderful Takarazuka is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I\u2019m on stage, this is really everything, I think. Since I feel like the audience have come to see someone\u2019s emotions, I think the most important thing is to give them a performance full of heart.
Being caught up in things – 45%<\/em>
Although if I take a single step offstage I\u2019ll begin reflecting on everything I\u2019ve been doing, while I\u2019m on stage, at least, I just get caught up in myself. Whether it\u2019s a play or a revue show, I\u2019ll dive in with all my heart to get as much enjoyment from that scene as possible.
Calmness (Objectivity) – 5%<\/em>
Since I feel like if I get too into a performance and start crying too much, it will actually have the effect of drawing the audience out of the scene, so even while I\u2019m caught up in everything I think it\u2019s good to have a bit of objectivity about what I\u2019m doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I really love sleeping. But since I want to get up at a normal time even on days off so I can do things, instead of just laying around in bed I want to get deep, high-quality sleep.
Interacting with others – 40%<\/em>
I think relying on others and being relied on in turn is how one grows as a person, so I\u2019ll interact with not just the junior and senior actresses, but I\u2019ll go out to eat with friends from outside of Takarazuka as well. It\u2019s fun to see how by listening to the opinions of people who are in totally different careers, I can broaden my own perspective, and also change things within myself. That really strengthens me as a person, and also I can hopefully connect those things to my stage performance eventually.
Eating sweets and chocolates – 10%<\/em>
I like to relax by eating something sweet while drinking tea. I especially like chocolates, but it\u2019s not as if I\u2019m eating a ton of it at once. I\u2019m happy with just one sweet per day (laughs).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
